We Stand Together Against Hate and Support Mental Health

In the UK, we celebrate our differences—our appearance, beliefs, passions, and identities. These unique qualities make life vibrant and communities stronger.

Yet, hate crimes—particularly Islamophobic attacks—continue to rise, affecting thousands of people. Experiencing hate or discrimination can take a serious toll on mental health, causing stress, anxiety, and isolation.

No one should live in fear because of who they are. Hate crimes—based on religion, appearance, or any difference—are unacceptable, and supporting each other’s mental well-being is vital.

If you or someone you know has been affected by hate or is struggling with mental health, support is available. Visit Let's End Hate Crime for resources and guidance. Together, we can create a society where everyone is accepted, safe, and supported.
